This SwooperDeal privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") is to inform you (the "User") of the policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information you may submit to us through SwooperDeal registration and purchases. By using SwooperDeal you are representing that you are at least 18 years of age. No one under the age of 18 years can participate in SwooperDeal. If SwooperDeal discovers that anyone using SwooperDeal is under the age of 18 years, that person"s account will be closed and steps will be taken to remove that person"s Personal Information from SwooperDeal"s databases.

Personal Information Provided By Users

Personal Information voluntarily provided by the User is collected and stored by SwooperDeal, such as your name, email address and password of the User"s choice. Information voluntarily provided for updates, edits and personalization of User"s accounts are collected and stored by SwooperDeal. To provide more personalized service, from time to time SwooperDeal may request that you provide additional information, such as your birth year, gender, zip code and other demographic information, which you may volunteer to provide. SwooperDeal may collect User information from social network websites, as well as "Friends" information from social network websites. As an example, SwooperDeal may collect your user identification profile information that you permitted to be displayed through SwooperDeal in order to display you as a friend or in association with your profile. Of necessity, SwooperDeal collects your credit card information or other payment form information for payment of purchases you make.

Swooper may obtain your Personal Information from other sources with which you have registered or enrolled, from business entities providing offerings through SwooperDeal, and other third parties. This information may be combined with other Personal Information in the records of SwooperDeal.

Email

Information in emails, attachments and feedback forms is collected by SwooperDeal. SwooperDeal may use your full name and email address if you send email notification to a friend through SwooperDeal or the social network through which you connected to SwooperDeal. Your full name and email address may also be used to contact you on behalf of friends, or notifications from a social network or other website with whom you have registered to receive such notifications. Your name and email address will also be used by SwooperDeal to contact you, unless you have notified SwooperDeal of your preference to no longer receive promotional communications as more fully described below.

Information Received Through Technology

User information may also be passively collected and stored on the server logs of the service providers of SwooperDeal. This information may include, among other transmitted items, User internet protocol address, browser and operating system. Personal Information collected by SwooperDeal is used by SwooperDeal to better provide Users with the SwooperDeals they may desire and to more effectively manage the process between Users and advertisers. SwooperDeal may share the content preferences and other information with the User"s social network, utilized by the User for contact with SwooperDeal, and with those advertisers, business entities and persons as requested by the User. Except as specifically stated in this Privacy Policy, SwooperDeal does not sell, trade, rent, otherwise disclose, to third parties, User"s Personal Information with third parties, without specific authorization by the User.

SwooperDeal may provide your Personal Information to third-party service providers who on behalf of SwooperDeal and with SwooperDeal provide some of the services and features of SwooperDeal, and help with communications with Users. As a condition of providing your Personal Information, each third-party provider must agree not to use Personal Information except as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service to SwooperDeal. SwooperDeal may create Anonymous Information records from Personal Information that deletes information which would otherwise identify you. This is for statistical and analytical purposes. Anonymous Information can be disclosed to and used by contractors, advertisers and other entities at the sole discretion of SwooperDeal.

In the event of a merger by SwooperDeal, the acquisition of SwooperDeal by another entity, a similar business entity change, sale of all or a portion of its assets, your Personal Information may be one of the assets transferred. Each User is responsible for choosing what information is to be submitted and what information is to be open to others. Your Personal Information Choices

At SwooperDeal, you have choices concerning the collection, use and sharing of your Personal Information. At any time you may request that SwooperDeal end future contacts for marketing purposes.
